Office on Investment Responsibility

 The Office of  Investment Responsibility reports to the Offices of the President and serves as a single point of contact for issues of responsible investment and ESG for the campus community and acts as a liaison to university leadership on investment responsibility issues relating to the University's endowment.

Considering the views of the campus community has long been part of Stanford's approach to considering questions relating to the responsible investment of the university's endowment. Stanford has had an investment responsibility policy - the Statement on Investment Responsibility - since 1971. 
 
Investment Responsibility Stakeholder Relations (IRSR) reports to the President's Office, to serve as a single point of contact for the campus community and a liaison to university leadership and Board of Trustees.
